This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to product delivery from our website, www.aquave.in, operated by MLRM Consumers Private Limited.


1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India through our trusted courier partners. International shipping is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Delays: Delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, courier delays).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹299.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply (₹50 extra).


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email and SMS with your tracking ID

  • A link to track your order via our logistics partner

You can also track your order from your Aquave account dashboard.


5. Undelivered Packages

If a package is undelivered due to:

  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability at delivery

  • Non-payment in COD orders

It will be returned to us. We will attempt to contact you for re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply in such cases.


6. Damaged or Missing Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged, defective, or wrong item

  • An incomplete order

Please email us at aquaveofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID. Our support team will assist you with a resolution or replacement.


7. Delivery Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and others, ensuring quick and safe delivery of your skincare products.


8. Delivery Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, we are unable to reroute deliveries.
